I am an applied microeconomist and a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford affiliated with the Department of Economics and Future of Development Programme at Oxford Martin School.

I study the personnel economics of public organizations, with a focus on assignment design and early-career rotations. My work uses administrative data and experiments in close cooperation with government organizations. MY CV
