I am a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford, where I am a member of the Oxford Martin Programme on the Future of Development at the Oxford Martin School. At the University, I am also affiliated with the Department of Economics.
My research focuses on personnel economics of the state, development economics, and labor economics. My work uses administrative data and field experiments in close cooperation with partner organisations.
My research investigates questions related to trainings, skills, human capital accumulation, productivity, and the policy preferences of government leaders. Additionally, I explore the interplay of social identities and female top managers in public bureaucracies. My CV in PDF
