I am an applied microeconomist and a Postdoctoral Researcher affiliated with the Future of Development Group at Oxford Martin School.
I study careers of public officials, in particular how the organisational design of gender reforms interacts with assignment systems and generates unintended consequences. My work uses administrative data and experiments in close cooperation with government organisations. MY CV in PDF
