I am a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford affiliated with the Future of Development Programme and in the Department of Economics with the "Political Economy" research group.

I study internal labor markets, with an emphasis on the formation, allocation, and incentives of bureaucratic human capital.
